Recognizing that today so much information about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can be obtained from questionable and often inaccurate sources, officials of the Church began in 2013 to publish straightforward, in-depth essays on a number of topics.

Jesus proved to be an unselfish individual by providing infinite care for others. Those who came to him never went away unaided. Jesus saw those in need as his children and he couldn’t bear to see their suffering. His healings by others were seen as miracles. Jesus was compassionate to serve others in need so they can be forgiven for their sins.

Jesus Christ instruction was divine and anointed, as believers the instructions are no different. The common approach to any unexpected should be prayer because not all of God’s people response the same in crisis. A person losing a love one to death is not same as a love one being in a nursing home, or house fire.
